  • What’s the differences between coaching and therapy?

    Therapy focuses on clinical concerns, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, bi-polar disorder, PTSD, eating disorders, etc.

    Coaching does not address clinical concerns.

    Therapy addresses aspects of your past to address problems/issues you are facing (past to present focus), whereas coaching is about where you are/who you are and who/where you desire to be (present to future focus).

  • Coaching helps you to identify blind spots and pinpoint unhelpful thinking. It is focused on a mind-shift. Thus, shifting your mindset and moreover having someone to hold you accountable through the process.

    Partnering with a coach allows you to reach the strategic places you want to be at an accelerated rate by removing mental blockers and building momentum through ongoing actions.

  • We are happy to offer virtual sessions. Additionally, for corporate sessions, training and workshops, we are happy to travel as needed.

  • In our first session, we’ll focus primarily on goal setting. Understanding your goals (core desires) allows us to build a strong foundation for the sessions ahead. We take our time in properly formulating and understanding who you desire to become.

  • The first step is to book a consultation. In the consultation, we will:

    • Get to know one another

    • Ask/answer questions

    • Determine if we are a good match

  • Results vary because people vary. This depends on needs. You can expect to see changes within yourself in as little as four weeks. Remember, change starts from within and then blossoms out to various areas of your life.
